HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

I spent Thanksgiving with four of my fellow classmates this year. Our surgery professor, (and my future critical care/trauma/surgery preceptor and chief PA at UT Medical Center) Byron, took us all in for Thanksgiving to join him, his wife, and his son for a good, southern home-cooked meal. It was fabulous! My new southern fave: cornbread stuffing. AMAZING!
