After our long day at the beach, the three of us headed to Carly's show, Girth, Wind, and Fire, where she did a fabulous job portraying the naughty girl next door (as seen here to the right). We headed out to Happy Endings afterward with a couple of Jocelyn's friends and had a really great time. The bar was so not LA, which made it that much more fun with the feeling of home. Apparently, the cast of Private Practice was having a private party there, but unfortunately, we were not lucky enough to catch a glimpse. Sunday was spent strolling around Melrose Place and relaxing. Monday we ventured out to Las Vegas for a great trip to the big city. We spent the afternoon touring the hotels and casinos and then headed back to our very own Planet Hollywood to get ready for a big night: VIP to Thunder from Down Under (an Australian version of Chippendales), slightly VIP to Prive (a club in which it actually rained dollar bills), and a short stop in the Planet Hollywood Casino for some late night penny slot machines. After dropping Kelley off at the airport, we drove back to LA just in time for the LA Kings game with some good friends, Joey and Kevin. Joey was able to get us some great tickets 9 rows up from the ice so it was a great first experience at an NHL game. Great times!
